I will be with you 100%, but change isn't an easy process. Nothing worthwhile ever is. BUT it is highly rewarding to succeed. You will learn from your experiences, grow, and become a stronger, more resilient human. That's what I can promise you.
What kind of results can I expect from this program?

Some of my clients want to get stronger, some are looking to lose weight, others are training to run a marathon or live a more pain free life...Whatever your desire, we will set REALISTIC goals based upon your current physical ability and mindset. No matter your goal, YOU WILL GET MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY STRONGER DURING THIS PROGRAM, REGARDLESS OF YOUR STARTING POINT.
Mindset is the most important piece of the puzzle. I want you to succeed. This takes focused effort on my part and on your part. We'll both need to bring our A-game: not only when we meet for our weekly sessions, but especially during the time you're away from the training studio: at home, at work, living your life.
One more thing: I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason. Truth is, I actually turn away about 30% of the people who apply.
Why? Doesn't everyone who applies want to be fit and healthy?
Yes! Of course they do. But -- truthfully -- some people are simply not ready. It's crazy easy to crush a 7 day 'challenge' or a 30 Day 'reset'. This program is not that. So, if a quick fix is what you're looking for, this won't be a good fit for you. And that's okay. We're all at different points in our journeys. I'll be here for you when you're serious about making a change.
But the day you sign up, is the day you're committing to change. And the day we begin working together is the day YOU START TO CHANGE YOURSELF.

My promise? I'll have your back from DAY 1. I want you ready to work. I need you ready; I've got as much skin in the game as you do.
The reality is that we both know that the process of change is neither quick nor easy. Some parts of the process will be challenging, but the effort will reveal a better version of your current self.
This will take work and perseverance on your part. I'll be there to guide and support you, but the effort comes from you. I can't give you the results, perform your workouts, reduce your stress or make you eat better. Only you can do you. But I will be your #1 advocate, giving you the tools you need for your success.
