Main Dishes

On this Main Dishes page, you'll find some fun recipes along with a growing number of what I like to call "one pan wonders": simple ingredients that you can mix and match to be sure you'll never get bored while taking advantage of consuming a variety of micronutrients. Each recipe will have an ingredients list, step by step instructions, ideas for "swap outs" and some quick tips. If you're anything like me, following rules and recipes are optional: I'm all about "try it and see if it tastes good", so use these as launching pads for your own creations.

By the way, you won't see dairy or nightshades or grains in these recipes. Due to my food intolerances, I pretty much follow a Paleo/AIP/whole food nutrition plan with some Keto meals tossed in here and there. The beauty of these recipes is that you can add in all the stuff I take out. You love nightshades? Pile on the tomatoes! Can't imagine living without cheese? Add some! But I would challenge you to try some of these without these highly reactive and inflammatory foods and see how you feel. You may realize, like I did, that simpler really is better for you and your body.
