2. Legs

Split Squat- Lunge to get into position

BW Squat (Beg→ advanced)

Glute Bridges-variations of single leg, double leg (Beg both legs, Inter→ advanced single leg)

Side lying abductions (Beg→ advanced)

3. Abdominals

Planks- on hands or elbows

Moving Men (intermediate or advanced)

4. Back

Inverted Row- if adjustable chin bar available; otherwise not safe.

Using rope as opposed to resistance band

5. Neck

Flexion-
